Hi everyone!

My friend is a graphical designer and he designed a new theme for a non-profit organization. Supposedly he was supposed to implement this design into a forum/member system they just had developed for them (which I unfortunately didn't know about at the time). Apparently they spent a small fortune creating this system, which as far as I can see is a forked version of phorum. Only problem was that his normal design implementor was unable to implement the design for him, so he turned to me.
The way I see it. there are two ways to do this:
- simply implement the theme in phorum
- use the existing drupal plugin for converting from phorum to drupal, and then implement the theme
My problem is that it would take me too long to do this as I'm already up to my neck with other work.
Are there anybody out there willing to have a look at this?
It will be very well compensated, as it will help my friend a lot! It will also give us the opportunity to get a working relationship, which could result in lots of more work later, as I frequently get similar projects (although most are brand new installations, not second hand like this).

Please let me know if you're interested by email to raw {at} magalang [dot] com.

I can give you all the information you need in private once we have had an initial chat, at which time you can decide if this is really something for you. The design itself is not very complicated. Let me know of you might be interested.

you can try implement the theme in phorum but you'd have to learn phorum first..
you can search for tips from this forum from phorum - http://www.phorum.org/phorum5/list.php?21

drupal themeing as i've experienced before is simple and well documented anyway... so might be easier to try it the drupal route..

an alternative is to get an existing theme and change the template manually - the initial problem is getting a theme that looks almost like the theme that your designer did.
