The office is located on the second level (no elevator), has an open floor plan with a couple of desks (pre-desk pics attached), and brewing plans for some decor. Shared restrooms with other offices (mostly creatives). In office mini fridge and microwave, but best of all, a delicious local coffee shop on the ground floor. Parking is a bit of a hassle, but local businesses around the block have been known to rent spaces for around $25/mo, and we are just a short walk from the Alameda/Broadway Lightrail station and tons of bus lines. Good sense of (dry/sarcastic/slightly offensive) humor is a must! Rent is $225/mo, partly negotiable provided you have some Drupal design/dev skills to offer in trade!
