Anyone willing to share Philippine zip, town, baranggay, province or city code for dropdown list?

Am making sites for Philippine audience and need above.

I could've sworn I read somewhere (might be the php list) that someone was willing to share theirs.

If someone would be so kind as to share this with me, I will use it as per share and share alike policy.

Or if someone knows where I can just get one, please show me the light.

you can try the postal office.
i used wikipedia. I only view those towns which are available.
as for the zip codes - you can try the postal office. or tel directory (i think there's a section on it..am not sure..)

if i were you, i'd save myself the trouble by substituting input box.. so that there's no need for drop down.

i'm not sure if there's a website that shows all our country's zip codes and barangays. you can try any government office - SSS, or GSIS if they have a list.

Here's a site http://philippines-archipelago.com/politics/administrative_map.html#regions, with a comprehensive listing per region, province, city/municipality upto the barangay level. Just follow the hierarchy. Plus other info like political district, city type and zip codes. This of course needs manual pulling in to the database you plan to create.

Gary, para saan gagamitin?

As a user, I find mandatory address dropdowns annoying. Especially in a place like us, chances are that there will be some who won't find their place in the dropdown.

I'd rather type manually than be forced out of registration because a mandatory dropdown field excludes my option.

Unless of course, you can put "Others: specify" :D
