BDUG: 5/24/11 Meeting: Informal discussion on debugging, drupal
I will be giving an impromptu demonstration of debugging Drupal using the Eclipse IDE (integrated development environment) and Zend Debugger. A little knowledge can go a long way to help you understand what Drupal is doing behind the scenes. We'll take a look at how the debugger can help us use a Drupal hook.
I'll show you briefly how to get cas_attributes working with the UC Berkeley LDAP server. I won't go into detail because the maintainer of cas_attributes (Bradley Frohele) will be speaking on this in depth at the June meeting. I'll show you how to get started so that you can come up with some good questions for Bradley next month.
