  1. Create automatic approval of accounts, but prevent spambots from accessing account
    1. Enable Mollom
    2. Enable LoginToboggan so users can set passwords upon registration (more 'regular' experience)
  2. Enable and configure Comment Notify module, so users can keep engaged on discussions
  3. Change DB username/pw - all of the meeting saw the db username/pw, Mike will change this
  4. Change admin username/pw - give to select trusted users
  5. Enable users to upload photos upon registration
  6. Create navigation to "members" view
  7. Modify permissions to "members" view - currently not accessible to anonymous users
  8. Clean up the members view - pretty ugly now
  9. Create groups.drupal.org/florida aggregated feed block. Address for feed: http://groups.drupal.org/node/741/feed
  10. We'll also need to set up a content type to showcase our websites
    1. We'll want title, description, URL and screenshot fields
    2. Comments enabled.
  11. Contact Us page
  12. Install Rules - requires Entity API module
  13. Create user role where approved users can post articles, rules can automatically notify specified users
  14. Create forum??
  15. Setup Cron - Mike
  16. Verify Cron working (check watchdog)- Mike
  17. We also need to create an "About Us" page. We need it to cover 1) what's drupal 2) What's special about Drupal 3) who we are 4) How to hang w us

Did #8. Nothing fancy, changed from grid to table, added a Real Name field and a title and header. Certainly more can be done with it.

If number #10 is still on the list next time I look I will try my hand at it.

Thanks for the help. Yeah, I think we'll need to wait till we do the theming next month to really start making it look pretty.
