What is your favourite Drupal Development Environment?

Katy uses XAMPP 1.6.8 on Windows 7 PC. Available at http://sourceforge.net/projects/xampp/files/XAMPP%20Windows/1.6.8/

Others use Quickstart (http://drupal.org/project/quickstart) Windows users will need Virtual Box to set up Linux server.
