Actually that's Berkowitz Dick Pollack & Brant, an accounting firm. http://www.bdpb.com/
Very convenient to Metromover, but if you need to park there are metered spaces across Biscayne in front of the Intercontinental Hotel. Meters take cash or credit cards -- $2 an hour.
