This isn't quite the right forum for this, but check your system table. I'm guessing you copied a database locally, and the issue is likely a path problem related to user.module

What method did you use to update? I tried the one-click update on some contrib modules for the first time last night, and found that it deleted a couple files and failed to replace them with the new version.

I ran the back up from the module and thats as far as I got. I was planning to update to 6.22 but never got that far. I copied the files locally so I think this is on the right track but dont know what to do next
