Setting up a Twitter account for networking requires more than just signing up.
The administrator of the twitter group needs to follow everyone that follows the group. Limit listed posts to posts that are direct @ the group and direct messages. This way when anyone needs to communicate with the group these messages show up on twitter feed and the follower's pages. These changes can be made on the settings page.

Thanks for the tip with Twitter. I went ahead and followed everyone who is following fldrupalcamp.
Also, I set the "@ Replies" setting to "Show me all @ replies"
Should that do it?
