I would like to collect a TON of rss Feeds and organize them into categories. With panels module, I would like to create a Feeds Home Panel Page that will display all the category terms for Feeds (that I created with Taxonomy Manager) for feeds and feed-items, A Dynamic Category Panel Page that will display all feeds assigned to the category being viewed, a search results panel page that will display all feeds based on a keyword search, and finally a Feed Detail Panel Page that displays the article of the feed (title, description, image etc). I understand some rss feeds are only teasers. However, www.unsum.com seems to be a good workaround to get full articles.
I have collected a few feeds with Feeds module and feed-items are automatically created when each feed is received. I cannot figure how to create a panel page and get the correct context to allow me to choose "feed-item" node type... If I go to Content Management -> content, I see a list of all the feed-items. When I click one of the feed-items, I notice the URL of the page is mysite.com/content/title-of-feed. So I thought that creating a panel page with path mysite.com/content/% would work, but it wont allow me to do that. I kept digging, and found a "Content" panel page in the panels admin dashboard page. However, when I try to configure the Panel page, I am not able to add the node type feed-item...
What am I missing, doing wrong, or need to do in order to get feed-items in panel pages?
Thanks in advance!

I had tested a few of the panels contributed modules including panelator, panelizer, and panels everywhere. Panels everywhere ended up being the one I went with. Works very nice!
