Drupal has a DevRoom at Fosdem 2009 on Sunday 8 February, 2009 (9:00h - 17:00h).
The DevRoom (capacity not yet known) will be used to meet, discuss, and talk about Drupal.
The schedule of presentations is not yet defined. A wiki page is created to organize that.
Subscribing to this event is not a reservation, it's only goal is to let know that you will come; this might make it easier to get in contact with each other and to plan the weekend.

The final date for the proposals has not been set yet
... but I guess we have time till the firts week of january (it's the Fosdem that sets that deadline, in order to get all brochures printed, etc)

but selection will be done in consensus; based on some criteria (available timeframe, interaction with other open source projects, targetted audience, etc)
Give us some time to define the most these criteria. We have communicated them to the fosdem-organization, and those are key to Drupal being selected for a DevRoom.
