Hi all! Thanks to those who provided feedback and input on our theme for Drupalcamp 2011 at the DUG-TO meetup this week. If you've no clue what I'm referring to, well, my name is Erik and I've been tasked with putting together the visual identity and design collateral for this year's Drupalcamp.
As many of you already know, we'll be moving forward with the theme (theme like party theme, not Drupal theme!) "Moon Camp" after it received blessing from the group at our meetup. What I'd like to do now is to start crowd-sourcing ideas for our pieces. Slogans, design ideas, theme extension ideas, grab-bag ideas, anything! I've produced the visual language to start us off but would love to integrate your creative thoughts on building out the theme.
I will attach the powerpoint presentation from the meeting for your reference soon, once I can determine how to squeeze into something under 1MB -- pictures of the brainstorming session with our co-ops up here at MPD and the starting points for the visual identity system will be included.
