I think TWiki is most advanced and sofisticated Wiki System around and should be looked deep into when planning to ad Wiki features into Drupal. It would be great if we would find a person who has deeper understanding of both systems and could adress potential benefits of this cross-polination ;-)

Use media wiki
I have mediawiki and drupal installed on a site but they don't share anything other than logo. What is twiki like?
Drupal/TWiki consultant
I happen to work for a very, very small company that does a lot of web consulting ( http://kosada.com/ ), primarily in Drupal and TWiki as it happens. I don't think we've ever implemented them in combination with each other before, though. I personally don't know much about the development end of TWiki as I tend to work with the Drupal sites we design instead, but this seems like a really interesting and potentially extremely useful initiative, definitely worth investigating.

I like Twiki and to be frank am not a big fan of Drupal (Dupal just "sucks less", sorry).
I'd love to see such a thing. It would be a volunteer effort I might help with if someone else was working on it.
For that matter, Django sucks less, too.
Is there anyone working on, or any interest in, working on a Drupal-Django gateway?
Drupal and Foswiki (the successor to t wiki)
I've made a start (I was a t wiki developer, and now am part of the community driven fork - http://foswiki.org ), by building a User and group manager for foswiki - http://foswiki.org/Extensions/DrupalUsersContrib
it replaces the foswiki built in user, password, registration and group system with database hooks into drupal.
