The call is a voice conference call on Skype. We'll be asking for a volunteer to post notes to the g.d.o. group so that people who could not attend can still review the notes and post comments. We will try to limit the main agenda to one hour.

Great! I would like to discuss 'language of parts' roadmap and the WYSIWYG.
I really see language of
I really see language of parts as being a locale issue, more so than accessibility. However, I do recognize that the individuals who benifit most from explicit language declaration are assistive technology users.
As for WYSIWYG I agree that this should be discussed, we should address:
1. Other than CKEditor and TinyMCE is there a good reason to consider other editors?
2. Can we find recent accessibility reviews of recent versions of CKEditor / TinyMCE?
3. Will someone get in contact with CKEditor / TinyMCE dev teams to see if they can provide use more info about current / future version accessibility?

@everett I don't understand what you mean that Language of parts is not an accessibility issue? It is an WCAG requirement to have a machine readable code for words in another language. For an overview of the related issues: http://groups.drupal.org/node/145894
This year in the Netherlands 53% of governmental websites fails on WCAG tests for this issue (http://www.accessibilitymonitor.nl/monitor/2011/per-ijkpunt) and the just released BITV2.0 for Germany is even more strict on language of parts (http://www.bitvtest.de/infothek/artikel/lesen/bitv2-ueberfluessig.html).

I wasn't very clear. What I meant was that this is an issue that should be fixed by those working on localization / internationalization, because it isn't exclusively an accessibility issue. But, of course, it is an accessibility issue as well.
