Hello,
I am a Sr. Software Engineer with 3 years of Drupal experience currently living in San Diego. I'm in the midst of trying to research the job market for Drupalistas in London as I'd like to relocate to be with my girlfriend. Is anyone in this group willing to give me a general idea of an average salary for Drupal engineers in London? Any reports or statistics you find reliable about the job market? Also, any ideas on how plausible it may be to get a company to sponsor me for a foreign work visa?

Anything from 35k to 75k
Anything from 35k to 75k depending on role / experience and type of company. Big publishers pay more, small agencies less.
Contract rates from £250/day to £500/day for top end.
I would say that the market is good for Drupal developers, and you could potentially organise a sponsored visa, assuming the cap hasn't been hit (new migration laws)
