3 column theme for Commons

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

Hi,
I would like to open a discussion about using a 3 column theme-layout for Commons.The existing ones are only for two columns layout.
Has anyone experience with using a 3 column layout?If so,what is the proposed solution? Thanks

3 columns is already available in Commons default themes

Hey,
One option to consider is going to your site /admin/build/modules
Enable Context layouts and Context UI
Then by going to your site /admin/build/context you can view and adjust where blocks are presented.

Additionally you can adjust your theme by going to /admin/build/themes
Then configuring your theme near the bottom of the page...
Look for "Theme-specific settings" and "Layout"
