Try to access the page www.2012.drupalcampmanila.com/faq/general LOGGED-OUT.
It seems the FAQ-General page is only accessible for logged-out-site-visitors or anonymous-users ONLY. When logged-in, FAQ page is NOT accessible anymore. Very strange, hmmmm?
