I'm bummed that I was unable to make the recent Meetup at Macayo's. But I got swamped with my current project… moving to Taipei. :-)
If there’s one thing I'm disappointed in myself for, its that I never managed to get a regular meetup going here in Phoenix. I am pleased that Amanda and Josh appear to be doing what I did not. :-) Hopefully, the Phoenix Metro group will keep meeting and discussing my favorite CMS. And even though I never attended a PHX Metro meetup, I'm really glad I was able to meet the ASUDUG group! They are awesome!
If any of you attend a Drupalcon North America, I'll definitely be attending them from here on out; starting with Drupalcon DC this March.
Anyway, to business… After letting people know that I am moving out of the Phoenix area, I have a couple of old clients who would prefer a local Drupal developer to help maintain their existing Drupal sites.
So I am looking for a developer or two who can help support them. Specifically, I'm looking for someone who has all or some of the following experience:
- Ubercart setup on Drupal 5 site
- Views 2/CCK 2 on Drupal 6
- imagefield and imagecache

Sorry you couldn't make it
Sorry you couldn't make it on Tuesday. It was a good turnout and I think we all had a good time discussing Drupal. We're planning to have the next one in a meeting room where we can do demos, presentations, etc. Its tentatively scheduled for March 10th if you'll still be here.
There were several people at the meetup looking to take on new client work. Good luck with that transition and good luck in Taipei.
I'll be at Drupalcon in March too, so we'll have to meet up.

Referral
Depending on the amount of work, I can probably take it on. I live in Gilbert (Val Vista & Queen Creek Road), though I work in Phoenix and drive by Ahwatukee 4 days a week. I've been working in Drupal 5 and 6 almost exclusively for the past year-and-a-half, with 8 years of PHP programming/LAMP experience before that. I've done a good amount of work in Views 2, CCK 2, imagefield and imagecache, though I've only done one Ubercart setup, and that's in Drupal 6.
I'll be at Drupalcon next week (at least on Wednesday and Thursday), if you want to talk personally. Otherwise (or in addition) you can contact me on this site. I can of course provide a resume, references, web sites, etc.
