Hey everyone,
So I know a lot of the Ubercart stuff for Drupal 6 is in Alpha, but recent upgrades to the myriad of dependent modules for d5uc has made using Drupal 5 not an option. Trust me I wasted a week on it. Most of the issues are image-cache related. Ubercart for drupal six is amazingly functional though. I've still got a few questions for everyone though:
Does anyone have experience with Ubercart for D6, or Ubercart in general? If so could I borrow your ear for a bit? As always beer and/or food would be on me for your time! This is not for any particular project, I am just learning how to make really thorough Drupal stores. In the future I may use these skill sets to do some freelance work.

- Can you create category and/or vocabulary wide sales? For example... 25% off of speakers ...or... 10% off of anything from Sony ...or.. 15% off summer items?
- So I've used Taxonomy redirect for D6, which works for the left sidebar options. However if you view an individual product then click the links at the bottom for a term, the redirect doesn't work. Any better redirect ideas or modules?
- With stock, is there a way to remove an item or attribute when it's stock hits zero? For example, with some items once they are out there is no re-ordering.
- Is there a free tagging way to add attributes? I could see the current system being a time consuming headache for store owners!
- What is the most affordable secure payment portal out there supported by UberCart for D6
