Now is a good time to start forming a strategy. Please use the comments here to point out some of your interests and areas of expertise. Don't worry if you're not a Drupal or programming genius. This is a great way to learn from others, and people of all skill levels can benefit the process

Double Drat
Would love to be there, but I'm a continent away. Keep me posted, I will return on 12/12.
I am creating new Drupal installs, mostly admin stuff, but some developing of themes.

Not a coder? That's great!
Calling all non-coders!
Even if you don't have experience working with Drupal, please consider coming to the bug hunt. We need testers, documenters, and people with strong opinions about how a content management system should work.
Plus, it is a good way to jump right into drupal and see how it works. Not to mention that it's a good way to meet fellow Drupalers in the Twin Cities.
If you write a tech blog, consider coming down and live blogging the event. Let those who can't make it share in the fun.
Cheers,
-Mark
Virtually there?
Is there anyway I can be there through irc chat or over the internet somehow. I may not be able to come in person but I'd still like to participate.

That's up to you!
We'd love it if you can make it, but stuff happens. We're open to anything you want to push forward in terms of online participation. Minimally, we can do something like use #tcdrupal on freenode.
Bug stomping
It's been a good day for us, and a bad day for bugs. The group attacked:
