I've searched high, low... hell I tried everything but Yahoo and asking my dog (my dog being more useful). Is there a module where users can input their zip code and basic information and then email their senators?
If there isn't, is there a write up on how to combine a set of modules to deliver this functionality? No combination of keywords I can cook up is doing me any good...
Random things I've tried to search for to find this (to help a future person who thinks like I do):
