Replace My Account with User's First Name & Last Name

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

Would someone be able to tell me how to replace text My account with name of user logging in?

I tried the String Overrides module but that doesn't seem to be dynamic.

Fields are fname & lname.

I have tried &[user:field_fname] & ![user:field_fname] to no effect.
