Lullabot's Drupalize.me just released a series of videos on Drupal Commerce. You can watch the introduction for free, but you have to get a membership to see the whole series. Some of our discussions last night included resources for tutorial videos and questions about Drupal Commerce, so this is kind of an answer to 2 questions :)
