Hello.

Many modules have status "reviewed and tested by community" in here
http://drupal.org/project/issues/projectapplications?text=&status=14&pri..., but nobody approve their.
My module "comment abuse" is already waiting for 12 days.
Somebody can review and approve them?

Sorry for the delay. I cannot approve your application because I am the one who set it to RTBC. There is a list of git administrators: http://groups.drupal.org/node/142454
I would suggest to ping them on IRC in the #drupal-contribute or #drupal-codereview channels.
