I've participated twice in GSoC as a student. This year I'd like to contribute as a mentor. Do I need to send an application? Thanks.

Btw, I'd like to advice a student on Amazon Mechanical Turk integration (http://groups.drupal.org/node/137824)

Great. IIRC you will find a "become a mentor" button on gsoc 2012 page, but after organizations are announced.
