Hi Guys,
Is there a module where members can chat 1 on 1.
Here is what I am trying to find. Basically you are a company and you add 3 more agents to your company, so these 3 agents have chat as well so they can chat with customers for a particular product 1 on 1.. Any suggestions or ideas what module will work?

Or just Yahoo messenger or Google talk
You can just add a yahoo messenger link on you site. See this link on how to do this.
As for adding googletalk, you'll have to do some editing to your drupal theme. The YM thing can be with just a simple block. See this link.

but how will i use this in the front end with customers. This is going to directory type of website. there will be many company listing there products. so each company who have agents will have a chat. I take it they will enter either their Google ID or Yahoo ID and login , but how will the users who are customer looking at a companies product use it.
