User group meeting
Hi All,
Wanted to thank chertzog for giving us a great demonstration of Alpha -> Omega.
As I said in the meeting, for now I can only commit to every other month. If we gain more interest and someone is willing to co-organize we can move to a monthly meeting. Keeping with a cycle of Beginner/Intermediate topics to Advance topics, I am going to cover Drush Makefiles and some of our basic git workflow.
Look forward to seeing everyone. Don't forget to signup.

Drush presentation and co-coordinating
Hey Christian,
If you need a presentation for the next beginning/intermediate month, I don't mind doing something on Drush. Just not in May. Maybe July if there are no advanced presentations or September.
Also, what are the most time consuming aspects of coordinating these meetings? In other words, what would be involved in co-coordinating with you to have the meetings every month if people were interested?

That thought crossed my mind before I even saw this group. Now I am thinking it could be valuable for people who can't physically attend but want to try and participate or spectate.

That might be a good idea.. I'd like to attend but the drive from State College can be tricky.. especially at night. Perhaps a test with something like GoToMeeting would work? Maybe Google Hangout?
