There are several but you should be using boost which is supported in nginx, then you have varnish.module but that's another beast that needs a little attention.
The best caching mechanism to use with Nginx, is, IMHO, the Nginx Cache. I've created a small drush command, cache_warmer that keeps the cache always warm. There's also BOA that uses Nginx caching. We can help you here to get the correct config if you have very specific Cache-Control/Expire headers needs.
