Hi guys

What are there performance-based solution, when the number of images in the website increase (such as profile pic, product pic, ...) ?

For example please point ot some solution which are used in facebook?

Which solution can be applicable in the Drupal?

What are the issues you're having. File I/O? CPU from image generation? etc...
