Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of Drupal Scotland to be held on 26th May 2012 during the closing session of DrupalCamp Scotland 2012.

Motions
Motions must be submitted to the Secretary (info@drupalscotland.org) not less than 7 days before the meeting.
Election
The election of the committee will take place during the day of the 26th. Each delegate to DrupalCamp Scotland will be issued with a voting sheet and voting will remain open until 2pm. The vote will be conducted using the PR-STV method. If 7 or less nominations are received then no election will take place and those people will automatically be elected.
Nominations
Nominations for election to the committee must be submitted to the Secretary (info@drupalscotland.org) not less than 7 days before the meeting. The nomination must include a paragraph about the nominee which will appear on the voting sheet.
