I am new to Drupal. I have watched many tutorials on how to use Drupal, but I have no idea where to start for this project.
I want to create a business directory. Business owners have to pay monthly subscription to have their business listed on the site. The initial process will require them to input various details about the store (ex: store hours, phone number, images, etc.). Once they are approved and subscribed, they can update/edit their information anytime. Each business will have their own page, showing various information about the store. Aside from the paid subscription, the business owners have the ability to purchase extra ads or be featured listing on the front page.
The main users (ones that are active on the site) are not business owners. These users are ones that are going to be able to view the business directories and various other stuff. So I don't want business owners to go through the standard registration process like the one that standard users go through. Main users will be able to rate the business and write reviews also.
I have no idea where to start with this project. Can someone please give me input and guide me the right direction in order to achieve this?
