I need to create a menue in Drupal.

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I need to create a menue in Drupal.
Like this menue: http://www.kineo.co.uk
Is that possible to create something in Drupal?
If so, can anybody code it for me and explain how to implement it into the Acquia Theme.
How long do it need to be coded?
I will pay him his hourly rate, but I need the menue before Sunday.

The standard solution for this type of menus is to use the nice_menus module (http://drupal.org/project/nice_menus). HTH.
