another talk ... ?
Looks like Mark wouild like to talk about his work with GMRs.
Talk on the Horus project
Mark and Joel are going to give us some updates on the Horus project and some of the tech used on the flights.
Talk on intro to FPGAs
Darryl will introduce is to FPGAs.
Hopefully we will get to see that projects he has been working on =)
My other brother Daryl will be giving the talk ...
Well, me with one R anyway.
I won't get to show any projects, as a) none of them are really transportable and b) I've been deep in real workly work stuff lately and haven't had time for project play.
Instead, this will just be an intro into what's needed to play with an FPGA board, plus hopefully a demonstration of some sort.
What I hope to cover:
*) What an FPGA is/does.
*) JTAG
*) Design software
Cheers.
