According to http://groups.drupal.org/node/24060, the deadline is this Sunday, July 12. If you're attending, please take advantage of the opportunity to vote. It helps ensure that the sessions you're interested in get a timeslot. And it helps the event organizers plan which sessions to put in which rooms.
