This week (July 20th - 27th):
- Tuesday, 7-21 at Noon: Walkthroughs of NedSpace Old Town.
We should also see what we can do to gather folks who want to work on this and actually do a kick-off meeting about how the walkthrough turned out, what we'd like to do about a regular meeting time, and some roles that should be filled. (We'll need someone in charge of budgeting, mainly.)
I can be available: Tuesday evening at 7pm - 9:30pm, Wednesday evening 7pm - 9:30pm and Thursday afternoon, 3:30 - 5pm.
Let's aim for McMenamin's on Broadway at NE 15th and Broadway, which is both on bus lines, near the Max lines in Fareless Square and has more than adequate parking at Lloyd Center, unless someone has a strong preference for somewhere else.

NedSpace
I have a prior commitment so won't be at the walkthrough of NedSpace, however rest easier knowing that Amye's conference-organizing-trained eye will be evaluating. I'm available next week for meetings and discussions, and look forward to hearing feedback from the walkthrough team. What dates is NedSpace available? From the wiki, it seems we should investigate Oct 2-4, Oct 9-11, and Oct 16-18 (ruling out Oct 24-25 as conflicting with the Drupal Summit in Seattle).

We'd have loved to have you along, but alas, I didn't see your post until just now! Roles are still wide open and will be attended to at the next planning meeting. I don't think that date is firm yet. Ayme's putting it together, but keep an eye out for the post.
