I am looking to help try and do a few tutorials or screencasts for administrators in PEG Access community who have Drupal sites. I am trying to cater these types of tutorials to Drupal sites that might have 1-3 contributors in addition to a site admin. I don't expect the admin to have knowledge of php. This is more just about - let's get a site up and running. These screencastst should be very basic. I also will pull from existing screencasts so I am not reinventing the wheel. Do you have any suggestions?

Setting up users, roles and access permissions

You should try to get in-touch with Addison Berry (add1sun), who got a KDI grant to do tutorials with similar goals, and she might be interested in helping you with yours.

Whatever your first issue of concern, media had better be your second, because without change in the media, the chances of progress in your primary area are far less likely. http://denveropenmedia.org

It's already part of our plan
With the new Drupal Dojo site being an instance of Open Media, these sorts of screencasts and training materials will be part of the program. This initiative is an attempt to tie these efforts together.
