Disable fields in Site Info Widged

How to disable editing of fields like Site Title, Description in the Site Info widget in "Layouts" section of "Site Building" tab of user's Control Panel?

I achieved this using hook_form_alter using this dirty fix. Is there a better way to do this? I am not sure if the form ID is unique. So added some AND conditions.
