a couple of zivtech drupalistas (me and howard) will be in columbus ohio from monday (july 27) afternoon until early friday morning on a business trip.

Any chance that you and/or Howard would be interested in doing the presentation at COLUG? One of the COLUG regulars (Scott "Skippy" Merrill) and I were going to tag team and cover little bits about Drupal, as well as use some of the customization I'm doing to a site as examples. However, we're both pretty junior as far as Drupal goes, and it would be a much more interesting presentation to have someone who really knows their stuff talk.
Scott was going to do a basic presentation on Drupal, then I was going to show my site and some of the work I've done to get it working. You could certainly do an introduction, and maybe talk about some of the most important/useful modules (I know there was interest in the event/hook/triggers/actions stuff for one).
hey justin, i don't know if you've been to columbus before... do you need a few ideas for places? There's a great place downtown called claddagh's irish pub. i just went there yesterday with my wife and they have awesome food too. call me to let me know what days/times are good for you 614-321-9232.
