I am planning a couple special sessions for the August and September DC CiviCRM Meetups. The topics will be:
August 19th @ 6:30pm - Planning to Deploy CiviCRM in your Organization (http://www.meetup.com/dc-civicrm-meetup/calendar/10968614/)
September 16th @ 6:30pm - Migrating from Convio to CiviCRM (http://www.meetup.com/dc-civicrm-meetup/calendar/10968938/)
I am looking for an organization(s) that would like to a part of each one of these sessions. For the August Meetup, we are seeking an organization that has gone through the process of migrating from one CRM system to CiviCRM and can present on their experience planning for the implementation. For September, we are seeking an organization currently using Convio and seeking to move to CiviCRM or who have migrated from Convio to CiviCRM and would like to be used as an example for this session.
