From the discussions there are three meeting locations:
1) Chalk (Bayers Lake)
- Boardroom gets crowded with 8 people
- Lots of parking
2) Somewhere on Quinpool Road
- Boardroom size unknown
3) Teamspace (Bedford Highway, near The Chicken Burger)
- Large boardroom fits 20+ easily
- Lots of parking
Not sure if there are any new offers or if the one on Quinpool Road can provide more details.

The Quinpool location (MGImedia) has a similar size boardroom to Chalk so would get crowded over 8 or 9 people. We have an open concept work area that would accommodate up to 20 comfortably as an alternative if necessary. There is lots of parking nearby.

My evening schedule is pretty flexible, execpt second wendesday of the month, but as we have not gathered in a while I would even show up then. Just post a post that says " We have a date" or something like that and I will do my best to be there.
I look forward to it. Pizza and pop sill on the plan ?

OK, so Sept 4th, 7pm?
I would vote for the Chalk or Teamspace office myself. I'll either be staying at work (Chalk) or coming from Dartmouth, so Teamspace is a little easier to get to. But I'll be there no matter what.
Don, I definitely think we should do pizza and pop. If it's at Chalk I'll order it, collect money, etc. If not we'll have to twist the hosters arm :-)

If it's at Teamspace, I'll do the ordering, collect money, etc. I'd just need to know how much to order.

hey guys, make sure you answer the poll question. i'm coming from tantallon so chalk/team space is easier for me, but to go into MGI is only an extra 5-7 mins past chalk.
Teamspace works for me also,

Team Space sounds great
Please confirm address and time once we have a decision.
thanks

If you are open to new members I would love to come to the next meeting to see what the group is all about. Thanks.

Let's pick a location
We have 3 offers of a place to host the meetup... a nice problem to have but let's decide. Seems like the discussion is leaning towards Teamspace so how about we go with kdborg's offer this time and have Chalk or MGI host next time?
It would be good to rotate the location anyway so it's not always the same person hosting/organizing and people from different parts of town can attend more easily. Boardroom size is not a big issue if the alternative larger areas are also available. It worked well at Chalk in the past.
