Not sure if we have Skiff booked this evening and in any case, I don't know the form there. So it's Eagle unless someone else who's joining tonight is a dead cert for getting in to the Skiff.

Finalise accepted sessions and running order
Review plans for weekender. What still needs to be sorted out? Who's going to do what.

Eagle I reckon...
Skiff's got someone in it, so without keys it's hard to come through the other exit so we don't interrupt them.
We need to finalise the schedule as a priority so we can start publicising it. We have one offer of silver sponsorship so far which is good as that could cover some lunch.
I re-iterate that this event/group/etc. is not about me, I've asked many times for help on this stuff and don't have time to chase people, so don't moan when it becomes all about me if it's only me doing stuff... as you may have gathered I've also been busy on other stuff, I just know we need to be represented during the Brighton Digital Festival!
Let's hope we can be more organised for the future, but please don't expect all that to come from me too, this, and Drupal is about the community, not just one person/company/idea.
