Looking forward to the drush
Looking forward to the drush make topic.
Great Topics
Sounds like a great lineup of topics. I'm really interested in getting better with drush. Use Firebug all the time (a must have for developers). Note that the latest version of Firefox doesn't support the Drupal for Firebug module/plugin. Maybe an update on this?

nope
Stephen,
I've had terrible luck with the Drupal for Firebug plugin - I can never seem to get it to work the way it should - and now that it's (currently) broken for the latest version of Firefox, I think it would just be an exercise in frustration.
If someone else wants to tackle this one, that's fine with me, but I think I'm going to stick with just a basic Firebug/Inspect Element demo.
Thanks,
-mike
Sounds good Mike. I have to
Sounds good Mike. I have to admit that I've had difficulty using the plugin too. That's why I was interested in knowing how it is suppose to work. Like you said, it's not worth the effort... Looking forward to your demo!

Since I tend to use chrome
Since I tend to use chrome the most, I would appreciate it if Mike could address the difference between chrome developer tools and firebug. I am really looking forward to hearing all of the topics! Thanks =)
I'll be there
I'm getting used to using Chrome now, as well. So any insights there will be great.

Note to Self
For a future meeting I'm interested in all the media field (and inline variable) options for media. I'm talking about all the modules for videos, flash, music and the like. Which are best for what situation? If that's too big to tackle, how about a comparison of the range of slideshow modules. After I complete one of the big projects I'm currently working on, I may be able to shed some light on the subject myself...

Menu Views module
For those of you that attended last night's meetup, Paula gave a great presentation on building megamenus with the Megamenu module (http://www.drupal.org/project/megamenu) and the Marinelli theme (https://drupal.org/project/marinelli).
While I was reviewing some some recent Drupal Planet (http://drupal.org/planet) posts and came across this blog post (http://www.leveltendesign.com/blog/mark-carver/improving-menu-views-drup...) that discusses another method for generating mega menus - Menu Views: https://drupal.org/project/menu_views
If you missed the meetup, Paula will be presenting again this Saturday at DrupalCamp South Florida (http://www.drupalcampsfl.com/)!

Thanks Mike
Some Great Links and I agree she did a great Job!
Hope someone webcasts the South Florida presentations. Would be nice to see all the presentations, even if I can't be there!
