Looking for Drupal Dev for Chicago Based Community Site

We are looking for a dev with a solid skill set, willing to aid in grass roots site development. We currently need a site audit, theme dev and module modifications. I have installed and configured the framework, but my focus is in branding and not so much coding. Judging by the power of drupal and availability of component modules, this should be a walk in the park for most devs.
