The Sunlight Foundation has 10 minigrants of $1000-$5000 to give away
this year, so please let your networks know, and apply yourself -- all

The grants are for creative projects that serve Sunlight's purpose of
using technology to strengthen the link between Members of Congress
and the people they represent -- through Metavid-like video or
