I'm going to be in Ho Chi Minh from November 22-30 would love to meet up with local Drupalers.

Unfortunately I speak very little Vietnamese, so hopefully there are some that speak some English.

Brian,
Drupal experienced guys in HCM are Tomo Huynh and Andy Truong. I am sending you contact via skype. There are more junior level guys as well, though English level isn't strong enough, so if you get Tomo connecting with everyone in the South it's probably best.
