again a killer feature for wordpress. is there any similar for Drupal7 ?

Amazon S3? Rackspace Cloud Files?

I don't know how this is any different to other push CDN services, such as Amazon S3 or Rackspace Cloud Files. It should be pretty easy to add support for it to file conveyor so it can be used with the CDN module.
