Pesapal have an ubercart
Pesapal have an ubercart module. it can be downloaded from their site. I have not yet tested it.

I think its also integrated (ubercart) in the drupal commerce stack. Have a try.. Still getting my head into the workings of ubercart. Great idea tho.
I know for a fact that @ one point tutapata njaro ya kuseti mpesa direct kwa drupal either kama module or aim ambitiously @ havin it in the core.. :-)

I have given the module a
I have given the module a test run with an installation of ubercart I had elsewhere and I am impressed. Works so well.
The only catch being that it is for drupal 7. But it can be reverse engineered anyway.

Sandbox project
Using the same code from pesapal a sandbox project now exists at http://drupal.org/sandbox/Dwalski/1877722 . This I hope will help the module see the light of day soon and also be integrated with drupal commerce.
