CiviDay 2013, happening on January 23rd, is a worldwide event aimed at promoting the free online tool CiviCRM.
CiviCRM is a web-based, open source, Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) software - and Drupal module - geared toward meeting the needs of non-profit and other civic-sector organizations. CiviCRM can manage your contacts, staff & volunteers, mailing lists & communications, members & memberships, events & registrations, fundraising activities & pages, online payments, reports, etc.
During this day, free information events are organized in major cities around the world to:

- Meet current users and share experiences
- Find out how to get started on the right path
- Ask any questions you might have
