There seems to be some issues with the broadcast function, or maybe I've lost permission to do so. I've tried 5x to broadcast everyone to remind them of the meetup, as well as contact individuals through the site, but the broadcast doesn't seem to be working, and I get an access denied on other users' contact forms. If you can make contact, please remind a friend!
Hey Drupalers!
I wanted to remind everyone about our upcoming event at Jillians in Downtown Indy. We've had some down time as a group, so I've been looking forward to this event for a number of reasons and I hope you will share my enthusiasm!
- Free! Snacks and Sodas are included with no 'pitch in' required :) So bring friends!
- Free (again)! We will be giving away a Lullabot Video, the Using Drupal Book, and some Acquia T-shirts to those who can make the showcase session!
- Food - If snacks aren't enough for a grown' boy, there's a full menu being served in the restaurant, so grab other hungry drupalers and get a table afterwords.
- Cheap Drinks - Jillians is have a $2 Draft special that night
- It's not just a Meetup, but also a Social! We'll showcase a drupal site, have opportunity for drupal questions, and afterwords meet up at the bar for as long as you want. Some of my best Drupal conversations have taken place over a cold brew!
- It's Jillian's! It isn't the regular 'meetup' location. Billiards, Bowling, Arcade... what ever. I might add that Jillian's is also having a special where you get a Jillian's Entree and a $10 Game Card or 2 Games of Bowling for just $14.99! So, go play games if we get too boring ;)
So the bottom line is we have a little bit for everyone here, if you're a newbie or an experienced Drupaler, we really hope you can make it and bring a friend.
