Orlando does not currently have a regular monthly meetup, but we could if a few people step up. With December, February, and DrupalCamp in April, we are at least on a bi-monthly schedule.
Nobody else has offered to pick a time and place for the Drupal meetup - one of our members, Tyme, got in touch with a Valencia teacher named Rob McCaffrey, who has reserved a room on the East Campus, Building 1, room 345 (on Econ Trail between Colonial Dr and the 408). At our last meetup we discussed possibly having meetups on the 3rd Monday, but Rob was not available this week.
I picked a location and a date... would anyone care to suggest a topic?
I'd love for someone to demonstrate SASS... any takers?
In a pinch, we can demonstrate how Urban ReThink will be taking money for our events using Entity Registrations and Drupal Commerce.

Cannot make it tonight
I cannot make it tonight. Sorry. I thought that we were meeting on the 3rd Monday & almost showed up last week. I have another meeting tonight that I must attend, as I am the VP & the Pres had heart surgery & is out for a few months. That org meets 2nd & 4th Mondays.

Future Orlando Meetings
In some previous discussions it was mentioned that we would meet on the 3rd Mondays, but we did not have a location. I mentioned this to the CFCS President, Arvin. CFCS holds a SIG meeting and their BoD meeting at a Denny's in Casselberry in a back room.
The Denny's have had many issues with Wi-Fi, but have remedied that. So, Arvin thought that we (Drupal Orlando) might want to meet there. He reserved the back room on the 3rd Mondays for March through June for us.
We only need to order food and/or drinks. The room is free. Best to get there at 6, order & eat before meeting, but not necessary. They will take orders throughout the meeting.
I have a projector & a bulky screen & extensions. If we decide not to meet there, I need to let them know and cancel the reservations. Please let me know.

New to the meetings
I have always read the post but was never able to attend the last meetings. I would like to start participating in the local meet-ups whenever I can. How long do they usually last?
